This week, the U.S. government pulled the plug on funding hydrogen fuel-cell research. It is widely felt by both analysts and scientists that ethanol is less efficient than electricity. So if electricity is the heir apparent, how do we address the many issues facing electric power such as clean generation, delivery, management and cost?
